What do your package prices really include?

The price you see on my site is the base rate for each package. If you want extras like more hours, a second highlight video, or special edits, that’s available for an added cost. Once I know the details of your event, I’ll give you a clear final quote so there are no surprises.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to lock in your date. The balance is due before your event. Once your deposit is in, that date belongs to you and I don’t double-book.

Do you travel outside the GTA?

Yes! I cover the entire Golden Horseshoe. If your event is farther out, I may add a small travel fee but I’ll let you know up front before you book.

What if my event runs longer than planned?

I always give the first extra hour for free. After that, it’s $150 per additional hour.

How long will it take to get my videos?

Highlight video: 7–10 days. Full recording: up to 15 days, depending on the size of the project.

Can I get the raw footage?

Yes no extra charge as long as you provide a 1TB external hard drive.

Will you personally be at my event?

Yes it’s always me behind the camera. I don’t outsource or send anyone else in my place.

How do payments and cancellations work?

Payments can be made by e-transfer or another agreed method. If you need to cancel or move your date, let me know as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable if it’s too close to the event, but I’ll do my best to work with you if you need to reschedule.
